Digital Scrapbooking

Well i discovered digital scrapbooking a few weeks ago and thought i'd give it a try. There are a lot of really cute, free kits (graphics) out there and i'm slowing compiling a collection. However, i don't have a digital camera yet, (top of the things to buy list) so i'm starting with some old pics. here's a page i made from our wedding day. it's not really done, but i got bored and frustrated working on it, so it's done now!! hope you like it!

Wow, I really like it! I've always kind of wanted to get into digital scrapbooking, cause the 'real' stuff is too time consuming for me ... Do you think the digital way is time consuming too? I dunno ... but I think I'll finally give it a whirl!

it IS kinda time consuming. but if you're bored and on the computer a lot, you can just do a little at a time. i haven't worked on anything in a while. i did design a page for me & jon's annual pumpkin carving, but i don't know if we're ever actually going to carve our pumpkins this year! i guess there's still time..

How hard would it be to get a part time job in Brazil? Gosh, for me it would be pretty hard, I think, because I don't really speak the language well enough to really interact with people-but of course, if I did get a job I'm sure I could learn the language a lot faster! I'm not really sure what you would have to do to get a job here ... Probably like any other job. Find out if the place is hiring and then apply. But neither of us can work here because we only have student visas. There are so many different kinds of visas to get. And Rob and I both had to take out loans from Student Financial Aid - so we technically didn't really have enough money either. But this is a once in a lifetime experience, so we thought it was worth it! I don't think I really answered your question, but I tried. :)

By the way, I love your picture slide show. I might have to steal that idea. :)

That's a really cute page. I haven't gotten into digital scrapbooking yet, I only barely started using my paper scrapbook stuff.

That page is really cute and it is fun that you can post it on your blog too. I have thought several times about digital scrapbooking mostly because it is so much cheaper what program did you use?
